Iain Mclean

Over 30 years experience in sport and Fitness.   My aim is to help your lifestyle transformation for your health, fitness and mindset..

Premium weight loss, muscle toning and conditioning, muscle gain, strength improvement, endurance improvement, better mental outlook and more.

My job is to help you hit your target. whatever the target.

Giving useful guidance and advice on training, diet and lifestyle, helps you to succeed in feeling better about yourself, your body, your self-respect, abilities, and your mind-set.   Build the BEST YOU with the potential to live life to your maximum. 1st session free when you sign up for a training program.

Customized fitness program for your personal target with constant support and advice.  Sessions can be booked around your schedule.  Customized mental and lifestyle coaching for everyone. 

Nutrition: Be able to learn and implement strategies that will transform your physique without feeling hungry.

Lifestyle:  Learn and implement essential lifestyle habits that will make you feel better on the inside and outside.

Exercise:  Tailored to each person’s needs for time efficient & progressive exercise program to be able to cater for your goals.

Mindset:  Be a better version of you by applying mind-set principles to help your desire of achieving your goals and targets.

Please note that if you cancel outside of 24 hours before the training session no charge will be made.  Under 24 hours the session will still be charged.

CORE STRENGTH

Strengthening and conditioning of the core muscles surrounding the middle of the body. A must for stabilizing and balancing the body during movement and a must for strength. 

POSTURE CORRECTION

Exercises aimed to help those looking to improve their posture and overall well-being, Especially if they have back health issues or want to prevent back pain.

MUSCLE TONE

Physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on tightening up the muscles and giving them shape.

WEIGHT LOSS

Exercises to help weight loss and maintaining weight loss.  Also helps preserving muscle mass to prevent your metabolism from slowing down.

CARDIO FITNESS

Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it, our bodies were made to move. And we all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need move them. This movement makes them stronger and stronger muscles make for a more efficient and healthy body.
